Is the "management"insane?

  • Is the management at AC completly insane?Or do they really think their little "sale"gimmicks do anything beside make customers,who used to love Air Canada,angry?
    I have tried to book flights to YUL from LAX for a few weeks now.Every week I get an email anouncing a "sale fare"and yet when I put in the stats for flights the "promo fare" is around $500 usd!I have never paid over $400 usd for this trip(I am including all of the add ons both real and delusional in theses fares)and I have just recieved my NW discount certs-their SALE fare is $290 with all taxes and fees.
    I know the powers that be at AC read this board.Please know that your constant lying,and disrespect for your customers(devaluing ff miles,adding change fees to ff award tix,mmaking customers pay a fee to book a ticket,etc...etc...etc...)Are starting to cost you lost revenue-not somthing you want to do if you are ever to emerge from bankruptcy.
