Such a demand has also given rise to popular holiday destinations like self catering cottages. Here, people are allowed complete freedom to enjoy their vacation without any disturbance. So much so that guests here are even allowed to cook their own food and that too at any point of time. This is in complete contrast with the earlier demand which made room service a must. This change in taste of people is perhaps what is the highlight and exclusive offering of present times.
